I grew up in the boreal forest in NWOntario. I started learning piano at 7 years old and soon became a dedicated and eager student, completing RCM exams, competing in local Music Festivals, and eventually teaching beginners when I got to high school.
After only one year studying Piano Performance in Brandon, I put piano aside to pursue a much different education, earning a B. Comm (Econ) in Halifax, and a M. Public Policy in Saskatoon.
I now live on a grain farm near Eston with my family, and teach piano in town when I am not LIVING THE LIFE as a mom and a farm wife!
