Our 2025 Eston Music Festival is fast approaching

The Eston Music Festival is scheduled for April 7th and 8th, 2025. Students will soon be choosing pieces to play in front of an adjudicator for comments, marks, and awards! Our final concert amd awards ceremony will be on April 9th at the Full Gospel Church.

Registration closes on February 14th.

Please let me know ASAP if you’re interested in participating so we can plan our lessons accordingly. I typically encourage my students to register for a Canadian Composer Class and an open Recital Class, but there are many others to choose from; the choice is yours! Anyone doing RCM exams should register for at least 2 exam classes. Please have a look at the syllabus and let me know what interests you.

Brenda Ormsby will also be leading Spoken Word entries through ECS. Please contact her if you’re interested in doing a poem or other oration.
